Janelle Goulding is CEO of City West Housing and has built a reputation for excellence, throughout her career spanning over 30 years in the residential property sector, both in the private and public housing areas. Janelle has thrived in the traditionally male-dominated construction industry, particularly being the first ever female General Manager of an Australian building company (AV Jennings Homes). Janelle has also held senior level positions in numerous housing and property development organisations including Defence Housing Australia and Delfin Lend Lease. Janelle is a mother of three and has a special interest in women’s housing, social welfare issues and homelessness, and continually works to address these issues through her role at City West Housing. Not adverse to hard work, Janelle regularly volunteers with the Jewish House Crisis Centre and numerous domestic violence charities in an effort to assist their important work. Janelle is invested in doing all she can to assist victims of domestic violence through her role at City West Housing.
