It’s always nice to find out more about the people who help Rokt be such a competitive force in the world of ecommerce. Ashley Firmstone and Dan Wright are two of those important people that help keep business flowing. Here is a little bit more about both of these invaluable individuals.
Ashley Firmstone
In 2014, Ashley Firmstone joined Rokt’s team as an account manager. As part of the Customer Success team, she was instrumental in helping establish the company’s U.S. presence. After seven years of being one of its strongest assets for customer-driven strategies in ecommerce, she became the SVP for the team at Rokt’s New York branch.
One of the things that Firmstone really appreciates is the daily situations that demand creative solutions and critical thinking. She likes being able to fix issues in a way that she finds fun and rewarding. Firmstone sees challenges as an opportunity for growth and success.
One of the reasons she is so great at working with customers is that every person is different. Those differences and the creative challenges are what she has come to appreciate the most.
Dan Wright
In 2016, Dan Wright became the partnership head for Rokt’s Sydney, Australia, location. He has gone on to help expand the company’s APAC and U.S. operations. Currently, he is the solutions VP of the New York branch of the company.
One of the aspects of working with Rokt that Wright appreciates is encountering people that want the company to be as successful as he does. He and Firmstone often work in tandem to help ensure successful customer interactions and company operations.
Like Firmstone, Wright also relishes the daily challenges that working at Rokt can bring. Virtual marketplaces can change drastically in a short amount of time. However, that is part of what keeps Wright on his professional toes, so to speak.
Both Wright and Firmstone love the GKO tradition at Rokt. The company is famous for themed events that are designed to create a healthier work environment. For Firmstone, “Conquer New Frontiers” is a personal favorite company value. For Wright, “Smart With Humility” is important because it stresses how a lack of ego fosters a better work environment.
Both Firmstone and Wright are dedicated to a similar concept when it comes to Rokt and that is its growth as a team and a business. Firmstone looks forward to watching the Customer Success team increase its productivity and services towards the company’s customer base. As ecommerce is driven by people, she knows that great customer relations are a key point for the company’s continued success. Wright is excited to see the company’s product development evolve into something even more amazing than it already is.
Both of these essential people are looking forward to an increasingly wonderful future at Rokt. The company has come a long way in just a few years and continues to grow in astounding ways.
