From loud logos to customer sticker choices: the branding to be aware of

Let’s talk about branding. Because your brand can often heavily contribute to the success of your business. It’s easy to underestimate it, because it can often be seen as an image, or even just a logo. But it’s so much more than that. Branding has the power to build your business, collect customers, keep them loyal, and drive your business forwards. But where should you start?

When you’re new to branding, and you’re not that used to selling yourself via an image, it can be both confusing and daunting. But you need to be able to get your business branded well in order to help it drive you forwards. So let’s take a look at what you should be focusing on.

The theme

So first of all, you want to make sure that you can work with a theme. For this, you need to find something that’s going to suit both your business and your ethos. Whether you want something sleek and sharp, or cute and vintage, this is what you need to figure out first. Finding the right theme can be as easy or as difficult as you want it to be. You have to be able to feel comfortable with the theme you’ve selected, and ensure that it represents your business well.

The colors

A huge part of this is going to be the colors that you’re working with. Colors can say a lot about your brand, so it’s worth doing some research here. Whether you want to come across as luxury or relatable, the colors you choose can often portray the right message if you’re sure to choose them wisely.

The methods

  • Logos & Signwriting

There are many different ways that you can pull your branding together, but one of the most well-known is with your logo and signwriting. You may want to ensure that you can get a logo designed by someone that can create the look you have in mind, as well as define the signwriting you should use alongside it for all branded material too.

  • Signage & Stickers

Then, you may find that you want to carry on that key branding you established with your logo and signwriting all the way through to some of your signage. For this, you may want custom round stickers in vinyl, especially for windows, along with tarps and banners for events. This should help you to keep your brand alive in person.

  • Merchandise

From here, you also have any merchandise to consider. Once you’ve got your brand chosen, and the signs set up, you may want to add some merchandise to the equation. Whether you want to go with uniforms or t-shirts, customized tablecloths for a tradeshow booth, or tote bags, balls or pens, there’s a lot of options you have to get your branding out there.

Integrating it all

And above all else, you need to be able to integrate your branding so that it’s joined up across everything you do, and works with your marketing overall. This is something that you should finally naturally over the course of bringing your brand together, but it will definitely ensure that your brand is strong and makes the right impression.
