Sellers have a vastly divided opinion on this issue. However, the thing to assure is that your product does not get damaged while shipping. So, choose your shipping method wisely. Most sellers offering free shipping include the price in the product’s cost, which is the best thing to do in case of flat shipping.

Never offer free shipping for heavy items or products that have to be delivered far away. You will end up paying a lot from your pocket that will negate any profit you were hoping to make. Be clear about the item’s dimensions to keep track of oversize charges.
